Shopping Marathon

December is definitely my shopaholic month of the year~ well....i would have to blame on 2 of my best friends for this~~ one of them had planned that she would go on a cruise for 7 days....unfortunately she's away for the week that i had my week off....i was already half depressed b'coz i thought we could do sth together during that week~~....so I called up my other gal pal...just when we were planning that we could head off to Buffalo or somewhere in the states....she told me she's going to Cuba for 7 days as well !!! while both my best friends had decided to embrase the clear water & lovely sunshine ....what's a better way to heal my depressing mood with snow & wind chill????

SHOPPING!!!

I started my shoppoing from the end of November until TODAY hahaha...i m basically shopping everyday in december hahaha...i hope i won't get a heart attack after i finish my confession as this is my first offical count of what exactly i bought w/in this month~~ haha

Nov. 29

During my lunch time I spent my hour @ Fairview Mall as usual.... i remembered i wasn't in a good mood that day..... trying to find sth to cheer myself up a lil bit and there i saw this deep V top @ Esprit for $24....the material is SUPER soft and very comfy.. excellent for office wear or casual wear...well forgive me for not waiting till x'mas to buy it but i do need sth to cheer up myself....

Dec. 4

Hit Yorkdale w/ my gal pals....wasn't expecting to buy anything........BUTTTT........i had my first huge purchase @ RW & Co. yup....i was shopping with my lovely best friends missologist & co. and it's all her fault~~ if it wasn't that she planned to go on the cruise i wouldn't go out w/ her on that day and had my first big purchase @ RW!!!

As you all know...there was an extra 20% discount and so......bought a pair of casual dress pants ($16) , my first teal color coat for $80 (ok...i was the L size gal) & a skirt but i later refund it b'coz it didn't look nice on me~~ i really really liked my coat....hehe...on the same day got a pair of very comfy jeans @ Old Navy for $19.99~~ complete an online survey and 10% off for my next Old Navy purchase~~ hehe

Dec. 10

Went to downtown to meet up w/ my friend for dinner....well i have to admit...i DID get there a lil bit early just to shop around.....and this is a bad decision however i didn't regret it hahaha....got a pair of casual dress pants from Gap for ONLY $12.97!!! and it fit prefectly~~ also got 10% off coupon for my next Gap purchase~~

afterwards my friend said she wanna check out Payless Shoes....how can anyone NOT go crazy when you see $17 for a pair of heels and $17 for a pair of Champion running shoes?????

Dec. 14 - 23

I had my 2 weeks off starting Dec. 19 and as both my friends took off to Mexico and Cuba....I have started my gift shopping for my family/friends/co-workers... i didn't even wanna go into that....w/in that 2 weeks...i bought gifts in a vaule of almost $200.....OUCH~~!!! that can almost got me the Coach bag that i want!!! (crying).....during my gift shopping i eyed on a Buffalo bag....40% off....but i didn't get it .... i kept thinking about it when i got home.... and i promised to myself if the bag is still there on boxing day...i'll get it!!!!!

Dec 24-25

Thank god i was sick for 2 days...stuck at home...bored to dead....quite depressed for those 2 days b'coz my parents were out of town....2 of my friends were out of town....i was home alone...sleeping almost for 48 hours~~ >.<

BOXING DAY!!

Finally....all my friends were back in town....dinner @ 7 but of course we didn't miss the chance to shop before dinner!! It was sooooooooo crowded that day @ Eaton's Centre....and as I promised myself i will go back to Buffalo .... 50% OFF!!!! keeping my finger cross...hoping my bag is still there....and I SPOT IT at the end of the hall~~~ i used my 9.9 sec running speed and grab it for $29.99 but then wasted almost an hour just to line up there b'coz they only opened ONE CASH REGISTER....but i m still happy that i got my bag~~ keke...

w/out wasting another min....we rushed back inside the mall...missologist and i spotted that lovely pink boots as shown below hehe...basically we were blinded w/ that 50% tag....all i remembered was paying for it w/out thinking hahaha...but it was a good purchase ... come on ~~ boots for $35? how can anyone resist such good deal!!!

I thought i would end my purchase there....it's already 6:10pm ...... i m hungry and getting ready to eat.... but it's still a lil early so we went into Esprit .... bad decision~~ there i bought a teal color top ... fall in love w/ it.....bought it and wore it right away~~ hahaha...later one of my friends said i looked like the Swarovski crystals! christmas tree.... =p

Dec. 31 new year's eve....

yes yes....i have to confess....i didn't stop my purchase still 6pm of today~~~ but as i said b4...i have 10% off coupons @ Gap & Old Navy.....

visited the Promenade Mall 2 hours b4 it closed....went into Old Navy got a very nice winter casual pants in deep green for $9.49 and w/ my coupon it only cost me less than $10 after tax haha~~~ as for Gap...dress pants were $19.99......tried on ALL of them haha end up i bought 4 different styles dress pants (3 for winter 1 for summer) ... thinking maybe i should return one of them....should i??

well....there....that's my spending for the year....FYI i didn't have a heart attack...but i sure am not feeling any better hahhaa....i m not looking forward to my next mastercard bill but heck w/ it ..... x'mas is all about shopping and spending~~ even though i bought a lot of things but i sure got a lot of things from my friends and co-workers too...i'll definitely share w/ you gals in my next blog hehe...in the mean time....
